The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They went all out to make the stay easy on my dog; my dog had procedures at the vet teaching college. The room was very nice and very clean. I enjoyed my stay very much.

We stay here every year when we visit my family in Pullman. The location is excellent, the choice for breakfast is really great, and the rooms are quiet and very comfortable.

The hotel was a short walk to restaurants, a movie theater, and a bowling alley. We also enjoyed a fun day at the nearby casino and went to see a concert downtown. The breakfast was fantastic and staff were super friendly!
One downside, though, was the shuttle service. On busy weekends, it gets really crowded. They could use a second van to make things smoother.

Very friendly people, breakfast had a good selection
There was road construction so it was kind of hard to get into the parking lot.

I was informed when I made my reservations that no pets are allowed at this location. I arranged for my pets to be cared for by a friend. I had to sign a form when I checked in regarding the pet policy. I then went to find my room. As I walked down the guest room hallway I was surprised to hear barking and smells of wet animals. The dogs barked off and on all night.

We enjoyed the amenities and cleanliness of the entire hotel.
Pillows were a bit to soft and some of the breakfast items were not desirable to the eye either cooled to long or some sat to long.

Renovated rooms really impressed me. I loved the pet-friendly atmosphere. The breakfast options could be improved though. It got repetitive after a few days.
